Our fast-growing company is looking for a Product Manager to build our digitial Xentag Marketplace platform. You’ll own your own product and be responsible for defining its vision, designing its roadmap, and ushering its delivery to market by partnering closely with design and engineering.
A successful candidate should be a perceptive, creative, and collaborative leader who loves solving problems. This role will report to the director of product management and be a part of a growing product team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
  • Retrieve and analyze feedback directly from customers, stakeholders and other teams to
    shape requirements, features and end products
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to inform and prioritize the product roadmap
  • Prepare and review user stories, product requirement documentation, own the product
    backlog, and product releases.
  • Monitor timelines and balance compliance with the schedule against quality of the product
  • Own organizational enablement through demos, training, and production of needed collateral
  • Prepare recommendations to track product use and impact on end users and clients

 

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience of working as a Product Manager or relevant position
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent B2B SaaS products
  • Significant experience in product lifecycle management and working in an Agile environment partnering with engineering and UI/UX.
  • Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach
  • Solid product sense, with the ability to balance against competing priorities
  • BSc or BA in Computer Science, Engineering or other related area preferred

  • Experience working in a fast paced, startup environment.
  • Bias towards action and willingness to get your hands dirty.
  • Experience working with database technologies like MySQL, Amazon Aurora, etc.
  • Previous experience working on website builders, content or inventory management systems, or other products which served designers or marketers.
  • Excellent communication skills (in person, on Slack, over video chat)
